After having children, being able to get a full night's sleep just never happened for me. You always have to get up when the kids get up whether it be for an illness, nightmares or just a drink of water they needed. Once my children began getting older and going to bed on there own I thought just maybe I would develop better sleeping habits, but nope.
The only thing that seems to help with sleep is a supplement I use nightly that contains a blend of natural nutrients the body needs for proper sleep and wellness. Most importantly, the supplement doesn’t make me feel groggy and moody in the morning after taking it either. Instead, I actually feel like I have slept and my body feels good because it actually got the rest it needed to repair itself.
What is the sleep supplement called?
That supplement is called, “Luna Natural Sleep Aid.” With that said, it took trying several different sleeping remedies and prescription medications before finding something that worked well for me, but it also took the help of a natural path doctor.
Why does Luna work for me?
Some supplements I would try just contained one herb or just straight up melatonin. Luna contains a combination of herbs plus melatonin and necessary nutrients the body needs for sleep. I believe the combination of herbs and nutrients is what helps me fall asleep and stay asleep.
What nutrients are in the supplement that promote sleep?
The herbs and nutrients in the supplement that promote sleep are are valerian root, hops, chamomile extract, passion flower, lemon balm, melatonin, GABA, amino acids, and magnesium. These herbs and nutrients contain natural sedative properties and medical ones that not only calm the mind and ease stress, but they also help the body relax physically by easing aches and pains away too.

I will say, another thing I like about having this blend of herbs and nutrients in this supplement is they work well for easing my painful migraine headaches away when nothing else seems to work. With that said, that might not work for everyone because everyone’s body is different and responds differently to different remedies.
So, what is Luna Natural Sleep Aid exactly?
Luna Natural Sleep Aid is again, a supplement that contains a combination of herbs and a combination of nutrients such as magnesium, GABA, amino acids and melatonin. The supplement is made from vegan friendly ingredients, which I love because in this household we are vegans. Best of all the supplement comes in the form of easy to swallow beige colored capsules.
Another reason this supplement works well for me is because it also contains L-theanine, Magnesium and GABA, all nutrients my body also lacks. L-theanine is an amino acid which our body needs to fight stress, ease anxiety, keep away cancer cells, and strengthen the immune system.
GABA is a nutrient that acts as a neurotransmitter to the brain, which is necessary to promote calmness throughout the entire mind and body, and magnesium acts as a muscle relaxer and calms stress. I did just straight GABA supplements and even magnesium kinds in the past for sleep relief, but now of them helped me.
It took months to find a supplement such as Luna that actually contained an herbal blend, plus melatonin with a combination of L-theanine , Magnesium and GABA, which are again what I found my body needed for nutrients to help promote sleep and healing.
Again though, everyone’s body is different and what works for me might not work for you.
How can I find out if Luna is right for me?
If you want to find out if Luna Sleep Aid is right for you it is wise to talk with your doctor first. If you have allergies to any of the ingredients in Luna such as chamomile, valerian root, hops, passion flower or lemon balm, which are low allergen ingredients typically, this supplement might not be best.
However, if you aren’t allergic to any of these ingredients and have a blood test done by your doctor and they discover you are low in the nutrients contained in Luna than the supplement might work well for you.

My doctor said I wasn’t producing enough melatonin and magnesium and this is why I was also experiencing a lot of anxiety with body aches and pains. With that said, I did try prescription medications, but they didn’t help at all and made me feel worse.
I ended up going to a natural path doctor who recommended I try a supplement with a combination of herbs that promote relaxation and calmness along with some melatonin and magnesium in it.
After doing some research and talking with my natural path doctor we discovered Luna and figured it was worth trying because it had a combination of herbs plus melatonin and magnesium along with an amino acid and GABA, which again is what my body needed to get a good night sleep every night, develop a regular sleeping pattern and heal my body and mind naturally without causing side effects.
Would I recommend Luna Sleep Aid?
Yes, I would recommend Luna Sleep Aid to anyone that has struggled with finding a sleep aid supplement that contains a blend of natural herbs, plus melatonin along with amino acids, magnesium and GABA in it.
Again, I believe this supplement works well for me because it contains a blend of natural remedies that not only promotes sleep, but overall body and mind wellness by providing me with what my body lacks.
Could this supplement work best for me?
This supplement could work well for you, but I always tell anyone before taking any new supplements or medication to check with a doctor first. You never know if this supplement could interact with a current health condition or medication you might be currently taken, or cause adverse effects due to allergies you may not know of currently.
For me I experienced no serious side effects other than being extremely thirsty in the morning and nauseated when I didn't take the supplement with food. Those side effects are nothing compared to the anxiety attacks, headaches and memory loss issues I had been experiencing with prescription sleep medications doctors would recommend me to try, which I did. I was desperate for getting a good night's sleep after years of not being able to get any.
Final Thought on Luna Sleep Aid
Anyways, if your doctor gives you the all clear to try Luna Natural Sleep Aid I would say go for it. You have nothing to lose. All I can say so far is, is that this supplement does work well for me and helps me feel well rested when I wake up in the morning.
Most importantly it doesn't cause the harsh side effects like prescription sleep drugs tend to cause me. If you are considering this product and would like to learn more about it start by visiting Nested Naturals the markers of this supplement.
